Unopened party and craft supplies can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused. When a return is not the result of an error on our part, the customer covers return shipping; we cover it when the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly. Opened paint and adhesive products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
